NBC is located in the television town of Burbank, California in close proximity to Disney's Burbank studio and the Warner Brothers Studio. NBC claims to be "the only network that opens up its doors to you", offering you the unique opportunity to tour a working television facility.

The tour of the NBC facilities in Burbank gives you a good insight into how television shows are produced. The tour includes a stop at the "Tonight Show" set where Jay Leno tapes his late night comedy bit, as well as the possibility of seeing the set to a NBC soap opera such as "Days of Our Lives".

Even though you may catch a glimpse of the set, the production staff of soap operas are usually very strict on letting anyone near where they will be taping.
