Taping on the Warner Bros. lot
Although the story was set in Malibu, the show was shot on a soundstage on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, next to the stages used by The Big Bang Theory; the two Lorre shows shared crew. Audience seats were free and handed out through the show's ticket partner.
The show ended in 2015. To see the lot today, read about the Warner Bros. Studio Tour.
